What do I need to use Deecall?
- A Hi-Speed / Broadband connection such as ADSL from providers such as True, TOT, TT&T, Buddy Broadband etc.
- A broadband router or ADSL modem router with an available LAN or Ethernet port
You will also need to purchase a Phone Adapter or IP Phone Device from DeeCall to use the service. Due to special configuration to work with our networks, we do not support 3rd party products that are not sold by DeeCall.
Do I need a telephone set to use DeeCall?
If you use DeeCall Phone Adapter, you will need to connect a telephone set. Most standard telephone sets, including cordless phones, should work with DeeCall. If you use a DeeCall IP Phone Device, you do not need an additional telephone set. Below are set-up examples of DeeCall Phone Adapter and IP Phone Device.
Can I use my computer to surf the Internet and make a voice call simultaneously?
Yes, you can.
Would making a voice call while using the PC slow down the Internet access speed?
Under normal circumstances, this should not happen.
How can I use DeeCall to support multi-users?
If you have a PBX in your office or home, just connect the phone adapter to an incoming CO line on your PBX and configure your PBX accordingly to allow multiple users to use DeeCall.
Which should I choose? Prepaid or Postpaid?
DeeCall offers both prepaid – DeeCall Easy and postpaid – DeeCall Plus services. The choice depends on your usage patterns. If you prefer an easy to use and pay as you need package then DeeCall Easy is the best.
Does DeeCall support faxing?
DeeCall does not guarantee support for faxing.
What calls are free?
All On-Net calls, meaning calls between DeeCall users are free. Simply dial the recipient’s DeeCall number to reach another user (e.g., calling 1234 from DeeCall will reach our call center).
Do I need to keep Broadband Router or ADSL router modem powered on at all times? What happens if there is a power failure?
To keep your Internet connection active your Broadband Router or ADSL router modem needs to be powered on at all times. It will not work if there is a power failure.
How do I dial?
With DeeCall you can dial anywhere directly. To Thailand numbers, dial the phone number as you would from a normal phone. To other countries, dial 001 + country code + area code (if any) + phone number

How Does Deecall Work?
With Deecall, you connect your normal telephone to your high-speed Internet connection using a phone adapter that you purchase from us. You can be up and running within minutes of receiving your phone adapter. Pick up the phone, and use it just like you do today. The phone adapter converts your voice into data and sends it through the Internet and our network sends the call to the destination you are calling and translates it back into voice. When the person you’re calling picks up the phone, it sounds just the same as any other call. The only difference is lower phone bills!
